The hotel features a fantastic location near the river and a delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice. the room was a bit cramped.

The in-room breakfast was clutch, especially with those Danish pastries! Location-wise, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump from La Flamenca and Jardines Del Palau, where you can devour local flavors. The staff were super responsive and exemplary, making everything smooth sailing.

Now, I had a bit of a hiccup with check-in instructions. I had to message for that since I arrived late.

The bar fridge in the room is a nice touch but lacks the capacity to keep items cold since it only works when the card's in the slot.

The room faced an inner courtyard, leading to occasional smoke odors when guests used it for smoking. the toilet made continuous water flow sounds, and it's a bit cramped, with issues like a tank that keeps refilling every fifteen minutes due to a leak. The vending machine only offered beer or soft drinks and had no water, which is less than ideal for nighttime needs.

The staff were AMAZING. José María helped us find the best restaurants with a map. Our twin room was spacious with a cozy lounge area. The breakfast was a great spread with freshly squeezed orange juice. Perfect location for exploring nearby attractions.

The location is sweet as, heaps close to the park and city centre! But the bathroom could do with more shelves, and the room felt a bit cramped, eh?

Had a chill 4-night stay. The staff were super friendly, and I loved how clean the place was. The double room had a huge bed and good water pressure, which was a plus! There was a tasty in-room breakfast option too. Only a bit noisy at night sometimes, but nothing major.

Couples' intimate escape

The staff were incredibly helpful, they went out of their way to track a lost cellphone for us, which made everything smoother. Plus breakfast? Fresh orange juice every morning, can't beat that.
